Objective: To train Physical Education and Sports professionals to develop the skills required for employment in mental health settings, thereby contributing to the therapeutic process.

Results: Development of an e-learning platform for professionals and strengthening of the link between physical exercise and mental health through educational activities, such as:

  • Training for Physical Education and Sport professionals and practical placements in Mental Health units.
  • An online conference presenting the project and research findings, as well as the e-learning platform.
  • Discussions on the link between physical activity and mental health.
