The 100 Mirrors Inclusive project focuses on empowering women with disabilities and supporting their participation in the labour market and entrepreneurship.
As part of the project, 100 women entrepreneurs with disabilities were highlighted, who serve as role models and a source of inspiration for other women wishing to develop their own professional activities.
At the same time, the following were developed:
- a distance learning programme for the training of mentors,
- a guide for career advisers and trainers,
- tools to enhance entrepreneurial skills for women with disabilities.
