Objective: Zero Coercion was launched with the primary aim of enhancing the (behaviours, knowledge, skills) of people with schizophrenia, their relatives and mental health professionals in managing schizophrenia crises in a residential setting through the use of practices that are alternatives to coercion. To enhance the skills of people with schizophrenia, their relatives and mental health professionals in managing schizophrenia crises without the use of coercion.

Outcomes: Training Programme for the management of schizophrenia crises in a residential setting through the use of non-coercive practices.
