{"id":3571,"date":"2026-03-15T20:10:24","date_gmt":"2026-03-15T18:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edra.libra.softwebpages.com\/programm\/n-e-f-e-l-e\/"},"modified":"2026-05-28T23:49:43","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T20:49:43","slug":"n-e-f-e-l-e","status":"publish","type":"programm","link":"https:\/\/edra.libra.softwebpages.com\/en\/programm\/n-e-f-e-l-e\/","title":{"rendered":"N.E.F.E.L.E"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Content<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>N.E.F.E.L.E \u2013 Networking European Festivals for Mental Life Enhancement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project aimed to strengthen cooperation between European organisations that use art and festivals as tools to promote mental health and social inclusion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the project, the<\/span><b> 1st European Festival of Art and Mental Health <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was organised in <\/span><b>October 2016 in Athens<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, bringing together organisations, mental health professionals, artists and civil society organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative laid the foundations for the creation of a <\/span><b>European network of organisations <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that organise festivals and cultural events focusing on mental health across Europe, strengthening cooperation, the exchange of good practices and the visibility of art as a tool for psychosocial support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Project Partners<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project was implemented by a consortium of European organisations, <\/span><b>coordinated by K.S.D.E.O.
