Support for families who need to provide care for a family member and who have a younger child, so as to prevent any negative impact on them, as well as to improve their living conditions and achieve their social integration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Results<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Creation of a set of educational resources (including posters, leaflets and videos) to raise awareness:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for young carers regarding the importance of learning more about their parent\u2019s or family member\u2019s illness, discussing it within the family and finding a supportive adult to talk to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> parents and family members to help them understand how caring for someone with an illness, disability, mental health issue or addiction can affect the lives of these children and young people,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> youth workers and other professionals to raise awareness and help them understand the impact of caring for young people and what they could do to better support these young people through a whole-family approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Project Partners:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DIAKONISCHES WERK BERLIN STADTMITTE (DWBS) (GERMANY \u2013 COORDINATOR)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K.S.D.E.O.
