This is achieved through:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifying and interpreting key mental health issues and early signs of disorders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combating stigma through information and encouragement to seek help<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengthening young people\u2019s resilience by developing social, interpersonal, cognitive and emotional skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Target Groups of the Project:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teachers and youth workers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indirectly, pupils\/adolescents in schools\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Outcomes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main deliverables of the project include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>An educational programme <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to promote and protect young people\u2019s mental health in schools, based on a life skills approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An<\/span><b> online open educational resources <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(OER) platform with materials and tools that professionals can use.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Guidelines and recommendations <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for teachers and schools on promoting pupils\u2019 mental wellbeing\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Project Partners:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K.S.D.E.O.
