The main objective is to strengthen their skills and self-confidence so that they can respond effectively to the challenges of caregiving, as well as to enhance their collaboration with health and social care professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Target groups:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Informal adult carers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as family members or friends who provide care without a formal professional role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adult educators<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who are called upon to train and support carers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Care professionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who collaborate with or support informal carers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Results<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Digital Knowledge Platform: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A modern online hub with information, tools and resources for carers and professionals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Training Programme: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designed for trainers and care professionals, with the aim of effectively supporting informal carers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Support Toolkit: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practical tools, videos and user guides to support everyday care.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Online Sustainability Event: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentation of the project and its results to a European audience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>National Dissemination Events: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multi-thematic workshops and presentations to inform and engage stakeholders and local communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Project Partners:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISERUNDSCHMIDT GMBH (GERMANY)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RIGHTCHALLENGE &#8211; ASSOCIA\u00c7\u00c3O (PORTUGAL)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K.S.D.E.O.
