Since <\/span>January 2003<\/b>, we have been providing a warm and supportive environment for adults with <\/span>intellectual disabilities<\/b> and <\/span>secondary mental disorders<\/b>.<\/span> The Boarding House accommodates <\/span>15 residents<\/b>, who have been <\/span>reintegrated into the community<\/b> through the <\/span>\u201cPSYCHARGOS\u201d deinstitutionalization program<\/b> of under <\/span>Law 2716\/99<\/b> and was included in the <\/span>Operational Programme \u201cHEALTH\u2013WELFARE\u201d 2000\u20132006<\/b>, within the framework of the <\/span>\u201cPSYCHARGOS \u2013 Phase II\u201d Program<\/b> of the <\/span>Ministry of Health<\/b>, aimed at <\/span>deinstitutionalization<\/b> and the <\/span>socioeconomic reintegration<\/b> of people with mental
