Apartments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> since <\/span><b>July 2012<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Subproject Code 5152 \/ 2012), located in the <\/span><b>Municipality of Ilion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>Municipality of Peristeri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each accommodating <\/span><b>4 residents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Supported Living Apartment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> represents the <\/span><b>final and most important link<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the chain of <\/span><b>treatment and reintegration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of service users into the social fabric \u2014 as <\/span><b>equal members of the community<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who <\/span><b>live, function, and work<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> just like the rest of the population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an <\/span><b>alternative residential structure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, operating within a <\/span><b>broader psychosocial rehabilitation program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><b>a low level of support<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from a <\/span><b>multidisciplinary therapeutic team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (psychologist, social worker, nurse, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its goal is to empower residents, enhance their independent living skills, and facilitate their full integration and participation in everyday community life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program is intended for individuals who voluntarily choose to participate in a specific rehabilitation plan, either coming from therapeutic units or already living in the community, whose psychosocial challenges also include the lack of suitable housing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Therapeutic Objectives and Functions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Supported<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Living<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apartment fulfills a range of <\/span><b>therapeutic and rehabilitative functions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring <\/span><b>a balanced sense of safety and support<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within an open community environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoting <\/span><b>progressively greater levels of personal responsibility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> among residents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encouraging <\/span><b>socialization<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>teamwork<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>mutual respect<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for each individual\u2019s personality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitating <\/span><b>vocational rehabilitation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and pathways toward employment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Raising community awareness<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and reducing social stigma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increasing residents\u2019 capacity for <\/span><b>independent living<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>active participation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in community
